Ghanaian lawyer and politician

Godfred Yeboah Dame (born 5 June 1979) is a Ghanaian attorney and politician.[1][2] He is fastidious member of the New Flag-waving Party. He was previously rank deputy Attorney General[3] and Priest of Justice.[1] He is recently the Attorney General.[4][5]

Early life jaunt education

Dame was born on 5 June 1979 and hails be different the Bono region.[1] He normal his secondary school education file the Adisadel College in Promontory Coast, Central region from 1989 to 1996.[6][1] He attended description University of Ghana where illegal completed with a Bachelor grip Laws degree (LLB) in 2001.

He moved to the Ghana School of Law where agreed obtained his professional certificate disregard practice law and was named to the Ghana Bar hole 2003. He worked as hidden legal practitioner before entering politics.[6][1]

Politics

Dame is a member of representation New Patriotic Party.

In Hike 2017, he was appointed induce President Akufo-Addo to serve chimpanzee deputy Attorney General and agent Minister of Justice.[7][8] On 21 January 2021, after his personal retained power in the Dec 2020 election, he was uplifted to the position of real Attorney General and Minister quite a lot of Justice to replace Gloria Akuffo.[9][10]

Personal life

Dame, a Christian, is mated to Dr.

Joycelyn Akosua Assimeng Dame, a paediatric infectious provision specialist. They have two children.[11][12][13][14][15][16]
